Customs Registration

Depending on your company’s trade license activity, you may need to register with customs in order to carry out your business operations. Registration is especially important for companies offering import or export services, particularly because customs regulations are rather strict regarding banned and restricted items. Once registered, companies are issued a unique importer/exporter code from the customs authority that must be used for each transaction.

• Undertaking letter

• Visit www.dubaitrade.ae and fill in the application for a customs code

• When requested, submit the required documents

• Pay fee
