Personal Assistant to MD- Dubai, UAE

About the job:

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organizing events and conferences
• Reminding the manager/ executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Collating and filing expenses
• Conducting research on behalf of the manager
• Organizing the manager’s personal commitments including household and family matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any)
• 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous
• Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
• Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
