About the job:

  • Strategically assigns and follows-up daily tasks and updates them regularly.
  • Updating task board on a regular basis.
  • Works with PRO to replenish documents (hard copies) for new applications on a daily basis.
  • Reviewing applications (i.e. licenses, visas) to make sure that documents are valid and complete.
  • Submitting and following-up applications with the different authorities to make sure they are issued on time.
  • Sending timelines and release emails in a concise manner.
  • Making sure digital files are named according to official naming convention and uploaded in Zoho database.
  • Making sure that files are up to date and that old invalid/expired files are replaced.
  • Making sure that CRM information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Implementing cut-off hours to ensure documents are verified in a timely manner.
  • Relaying accurate and verified news and announcements from the government to the team.
