Head of Renewals- Dubai, UAE

About the job:

• Generate revenue and focus on client retention
• Maintain renewals percentage
• Lead Renewals, Concierge (for VIP Clients) and Banking Services
• Develop effective communication with existing clients and act as an exclusive point of contact for them
• Inspire repeat business from clients (license renewal, ancillary services)
• Liaise with all departments to solve clients’ enquiries/complaints
• Conduct a customer service satisfaction survey with the help of the Marketing department to maintain high level of satisfaction and address issues
• Promote company’s new services and products to clients and participate in marketing campaigns
• Manage the team tasks assignment and performance review

Requirements:

• is a problem solver with an innovative approach to finding resolution
• Ability to ‘build and understand a PNL and identify budget and targets for the department
• has Strong verbal and written communication skills
• has the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• is proficiency in O365 and Zoho CRM
• holds a Bachelor degree (any)
• has 3 to 5-year experience in customer relations and services and experience managing a team
