Client Services Executive (Call Center) – Mumbai, India

About the job:

• Prequalify client’s inquiries through phone, chat, e-mail, etc.
• Deliver reports on prospects
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Call clients to inform them about the company’s new products and services
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
• Manage inbound and/or outbound calls
• Follow various communication scripts when speaking to a caller
• Handle customer engagement
• Identify customer needs, answer questions and solve problems
• Up-sell products and services when possible

Requirements:

• Must have skills in problem-solving
• Must have fluency in both oral and written English
• Ability to Multi Task
• Good proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong Verbal and Communication skills
• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-year experience in client services and call center
